唉...人減肥我減肥...咁食法唔肥已經偷笑...我都唔敢奢望會減到磅呀
唉...仲有喎...一睇 blog 仲覺得自己未必減到添喎...因為 d blog 友會話... 鍾唔鍾意食野先!鍾意就啱喇 !! 有 d 又話有咩好煮意...等我話你知咁喎...又有 d 話係 food-tour + 美食 +食譜咁喎...仲有仲有...我又幾鍾意小動物又鍾意紅色...有 d 用狗仔貓仔狗仔做 banner...又吸引到我睇喎...咁唔通唔睇下人地寫咩嘢咩...就係咁...攪亂咗我嘅減肥大計喇
由於未想減肥前已經諗好咗整通少嘅松子肉丁...所以豬肉一早已經醃定...只係買洋蔥 + 紅蔥頭 + 青椒 + 粟米就算喇...依家唔知做咩鬼呢...d 粟米好貴呀...$10 得兩條咋...仲要唔係成日有得買添...唉...之前 $2 條咋...不過唔想食菜...所以貴 d 都要買囉
是日快餐 - 松子肉丁 (跟風版) + 香草粟米
松子肉丁 - 見通少整得好好食咁...所以之前已經買咗一包松子...咁啱屋企又有海鮮醬...唔駛特登去買...咁咪試下整囉...講真...呢個餸都幾方便...只係切洋蔥...紅蔥頭...青椒...蒜蓉咁啫...因為我懶...所以用免治豬肉代替枚頭...我覺得炒松子果陣時真係要好小心...因為中火好快燶...好快變咗啡色咁...嚇到即刻轉細火炒兩炒就上碟備用...不過今次又係做錯步驟...就係將所有材料一齊炒 (包括松子)...今次好好彩...當我整醬汁時記得通少 d 份量係四個人嘅...所以即刻調教番 d 份量...真係要比五個叻比自己呀 (通少 : 你見到松子仁嘛??)
粟米 - 呢一生人最憎係切粟米...其一係要用菜刀...其二係一刀劈落去...彈到周圍都係 d 汁...但...今次唔劈唔得...因為條粟米好肥大...跟本無可能用手拗為兩節...唯有劈開去...諗住逐粒拻啦...又好鬼難拻喎...住哂...一拻就爆汁...把幾火咪用刀劈囉...又真係好鬼方便嘅...但里奧大人食嘅時候問點解有渣嘅??平時無架喎??我都覺得有渣極度影響口感...唔係係咪切得入得滯所以有渣呢??唉
洗洗下碗先記得要 join 做 gym...但為時已晚喇...因為已經 closed
洗完碗就整鹹金桔...之後沖涼...沖完涼真係舒服到不得了...所以好 relax 咁食咗杯 delight yoghurt...再加廿幾粒 blue berry...因為 d blueberry 超級酸...真係擺唔落口...但買咗個幾星期...唔食會變壞嘛...所以加落 youhurt 度一齊食...估唔到又超好味喎...第時都咁食先...
唔知做咩...呢排好攰...所以十一點就瞓覺喇
今朝呢...唔知點解超級肚餓喎...所以食咗芝旦治烘底 + 熱啡 ($15)...超級滿足呢...
唉...瞓矮頸呀...又唔敢叫里奧大人幫手練下條頸...因為一練條頸我會即刻想嘔...唔知點解...所以我做按摩都係叫人走頸...唔係就會好辛苦
晏晝帶飯呀...呢排都無咩點帶飯...差 d 唔記得拎個飯盒去叮添...好在我番工嘅時候...個腦唔係諗上網就係諗食啫...如果唔係真係驚唔記得叮架...
唉...越想減肥就越想食嘢...咁攪法唔得架噃...我公司個柜桶仲有一條三角朱古力同鳥結糖...屋企又有樂家杏仁糖...m & m...魚皮花生...豬肉乾...蝦條...可樂糖咁...要食哂先可以減肥架噃...因為減肥唔可以有咁多引誘....唯有事前做 d 功夫...快 d 食哂去...唉...真係好煩呀
